BRING YOUR COWORKERS TOGETHER

Secret Santa
for work

Plan a gift exchange for your department or the whole team. Set a budget, invite coworkers with a link, collect wish lists, and draw names.

Create a Gift Exchange for Coworkers

Up to 9 participants are free. For 10 or more, see our plans.

GETTING STARTED

One exchange for your in-office and remote team

No need to collect responses across separate chats and spreadsheets. The organizer sets the ground rules, and participants join when it works for them and add their wish lists. Draw names when everyone is ready.

01

Agree on the details

Choose a gift budget and exchange date. If coworkers are in different cities, leave enough time for shipping.

02

Invite your team

Share the invitation link in your work chat. Everyone can join and add ideas for what they would like to receive.

03

Draw names

Once everyone has joined, draw names. Each participant will see their recipient and that person’s wish list.

A MORE THOUGHTFUL GIFT

A wish list makes gift picking easier

Coworkers may not know each other’s tastes. Participants can share links, describe their interests, and note what they would rather not receive. After the draw, each Secret Santa can see their recipient’s wish list.

I’m happy to be surprised. Please, no scented candles.

ACCOUNT FOR YOUR GROUP

Set up a draw that works for your team

Before the draw, you can set exclusions for participants who should not draw each other, such as people in the same family. The number of exclusions available depends on your gift exchange plan.

If you only need a list of assignments, without invitations or wish lists, use the free name draw tool.

FOR THE ORGANIZER

An office exchange kit

Prepare an invitation, agree on the rules, and keep your exchange plan handy.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you get started

Can coworkers in different cities participate?

Yes. Invitations, wish lists, and the name draw are online. Participants arrange gift purchases and delivery themselves, so agree on those details before the exchange.

Can the organizer participate, too?

Yes. The person who creates the exchange can participate, too. No one draws their own name.
