    Plan questions

    Is this price per participant or for the whole exchange?

    It’s for the whole exchange. For example, the M plan costs $9 USD or €9 EUR and supports up to 19 participants. Gifts are not included.

    Can a small group choose a paid plan?

    Yes. For example, a group of up to 9 could choose M for additional exclusions or L for an XLS report. The calculator lets you choose any plan that supports your group size.

    How is the message limit counted?

    The limit applies to one gift exchange: 30 messages on M, 150 on L, and unlimited messages on XL. One message to one recipient uses one message from the limit, whether sent by email or Telegram. For example, sending a message to 10 participants uses 10 messages. When the limit is used up, upgrade to a higher plan to send more. S does not include organizer messages to participants.

    Can I pay by invoice?

    Invoice payment is available on XL. If you’re organizing an exchange for a company, contact us — we’ll help with the arrangements.

    What if more people join?

    Check the new group size against your plan’s limit. If you exceed it, you’ll need a higher plan. For help switching plans or paying, contact support.
