Secret Santa Organizer Tracker
Keep a participant list and track who has signed up, prepared a gift, and given it. The tracker shows who still needs a reminder and keeps your planning in one place.
When to Use the Tracker
Use it when you’re organizing an exchange at work, in a club, or with a large group of friends. Add up to 500 participants, search by name, and filter by status. It’s useful before the draw and as the exchange date approaches.
How to Track Participants
Paste in names, add them to the table, and update statuses as you go. You can add more people later without changing existing statuses. Remove a participant from the list when needed. Filters help you focus on people who haven’t signed up or prepared a gift.
Use It in Your Browser or Excel
Manage the list here, export it as a CSV, or download a separate Excel template. The browser tracker and downloaded files don’t sync. The organizer updates statuses; this tool doesn’t contact participants or track gift delivery.
