Who processes your data

MySanta is operated by MYSANTA PTE. LTD., Company Registration No. 202335845W, Singapore. You can contact us at [email protected]. This notice explains personal-data processing connected with registering for and using MySanta. It supplements our Privacy Policy and does not replace it.

Data and purposes

Depending on the features you use and the information you provide, we process account and contact details, sign-in provider identifiers, profile information, gift-exchange participation, wish lists, messages, attachments and delivery details you enter, as well as technical and payment-related information. You do not need to provide information that a feature does not request.

We use this information to create and secure accounts, authenticate users, organize gift exchanges and name draws, make wish lists and messaging available, process payments, deliver service notifications, provide support and meet applicable legal obligations. Information you share in an exchange is made available to the relevant participants or organizers according to the feature you use. Please avoid including unnecessary personal information about yourself or others.

Consent and service processing

By providing personal data for registration or a service feature, you consent, where consent is the applicable basis, to its processing for the purposes explained in this notice and the Privacy Policy. We may also process data without consent where applicable law permits or requires it. Accepting the Terms of Service does not by itself constitute consent to optional marketing.

Marketing is a separate choice, described in our Marketing Communications Consent. Declining or withdrawing marketing consent does not prevent you from creating an account, joining an exchange or using a paid plan. Account and exchange messages, such as sign-in codes and notifications about your exchange, are distinct from marketing messages.

Service providers, retention and transfers

We use service providers for functions such as hosting, payments, communications and support, as described in the Privacy Policy. Data is retained for the relevant service purposes and applicable legal requirements. The company's registration in Singapore does not mean that all data is stored there; see the Privacy Policy for information about sharing and transfers. Cookie and analytics choices are managed separately where offered.

Your choices and requests

You can update available account information and communication preferences in your account settings. To request access or correction, ask about data protection, or withdraw consent, contact [email protected] and address data-protection questions to the Data Protection Officer. Withdrawing consent needed for a particular feature may mean we cannot continue providing that feature; this does not affect processing already lawfully carried out or processing permitted or required by law.
