What this consent covers

Where I separately choose to receive marketing, I consent to MYSANTA PTE. LTD., Company Registration No. 202335845W, Singapore, using my email address and, where provided for that purpose, the messaging account linked to MySanta to send MySanta product news, gift-exchange ideas, offers and promotions.

An optional, separate choice

This consent is optional. It is not required to create an account, join a gift exchange or use a paid plan. It is separate from messages needed to operate an account or exchange, such as sign-in codes, invitations and exchange notifications.

Withdrawing consent

I may withdraw this consent by using an unsubscribe option provided with a marketing message, changing existing account communication preferences where available, or contacting [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal or processing otherwise permitted or required by law.
