Secret Santa Missions: Cards with Kind Gestures

Add a small gesture before the main gift: a note, a hint, or a kind act. Create a set of missions to edit and print for participants.

When to Add Extra Missions

Use missions to build anticipation and spark conversation among coworkers, friends, or family. They’re an optional extra for an exchange that’s already organized, where each Secret Santa knows their recipient.

How to Create a Set of Cards

Choose your group, a thoughtful or playful tone, and the number of cards. Review the missions, edit anything that doesn’t fit, and select the cards to print. Create a new set for more ideas. Make sure the wording feels right for your group.

How to Keep It Comfortable for Everyone

Every mission is optional and can be replaced or skipped. Suggestions don’t require purchases, physical contact, or public speaking. If you add your own, respect the recipient’s boundaries; a kind gesture shouldn’t feel like an obligation.

Example Kind Mission

“Write a short thank-you note for a specific way someone helped you.” Choose missions that fit, edit the wording, and print the cards. Participants can decline any mission that makes them uncomfortable.
